Technical Description
EDP Consulting Group Sdn. Bhd. provided engineering consultancy services for the civil infrastructure, structural, and geotechnical works. The foundation system of the project consists of spun piles and bore piles, with diameters ranging from 350 mm to 2000 mm. The buildings are primarily constructed using reinforced concrete. The framing for the retail and office spaces utilizes a post-tensioned beam-slab system, supported by reinforced concrete columns and lift core walls. For the service apartment tower, a conventional beam-slab system is used, complemented by cast-in-situ reinforced concrete shear walls, beams, and slabs. The Level 4 transfer floor features a 1.6-meter-thick post-tensioned slab, with the shear walls designed using G40 concrete.
